I really liked the meditation. I had never done a meditation where I scanned most of the parts of my body, giving them each attention and care. It was a very interesting experience. I loved the breath technique used in it; it helped me feel lighter-as if a weight was removed from my body...
This meditation guides you into your body. It's like a relaxing and soothing ride laying on a floaty on a lake. You're guided through your feelings and sensations in a gentle way. It's awakening to feel the inner beauty and peace within you....

I found this mediation different from others I've listened before. It guided me through my body and allowed me to accept who I already was in the moment. It made feel relaxed and calmed right after listening to the music and her soothing voice. If you're feeling heavy, pressure in your chest, or tense in any part of your body from the day, I would highly recommend listening to the meditation....
